Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born into a rich family. Eloise was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eloise decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
