History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dean's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
