Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Anne hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and seeks redemption

Description: She wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Jane is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jane was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly clubs and scythes. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears dull brown sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and someone believes him a fraud
