He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Manfred is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Manfred never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
