History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a Marshal, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and expand her business
