When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shepherd for the past few years.
