History: She comes from a rich northern family. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rosamund grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rosamund. After a long history of fighting, Rosamund and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Melissa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
