History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

History: Born to a Miller, her father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Ermina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ermina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
