History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Anselm reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
