History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. History: Born to a Miller, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
