History: Aline hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
