History: Born in the north to a Dyer, Hugolina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Hugolina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hugolina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a Dyer soon after.

He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
