Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'3" when asserting herself. Her black hair is wavy and long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Beatrice was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Beatrice's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
