Description: She stands about 5'3" and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Herleva was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Herleva took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
