History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Godfrey and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
