The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ploughman and occasionally as a mercenary.

Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alice embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Performer profession.

History: Born to a Performer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
