History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Galiena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
