Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his brown hair up. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Tim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and money/treasure
