History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and his religion dominates his actions
