History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Weaver. She tends to her Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
