Description: This northern woman is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her clothes are grease stained in places. With wild white hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Scribe but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Juliana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Juliana and her spouse have recently divorced.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fisher, and she later adopted a second son.
