History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Roger lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Roger has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family.
