History: Odo was born with his mother's beautiful face. History: Born in the east to a Carter, Millicent learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Body Guard, but she got bored and became a Carter. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
