Patrick Clifford, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To be a Locksmith again; and he has money and likes to spend it
Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Job, Immigrant, Rich. Occupation: Scribe
Voice: Hollow voice

Mary Bradshaw, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she prefers to wear flannel. Her hair is auburn and very short. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and money/treasure
Ideals: Entrepeneur. Flaws: Impulsive. Bonds: Slave, Rich. Occupation: Layabout
Voice: Speaks through clenched teeth

Helen Walcott, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a black vest and prefers violet and yellow shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: She is content; and wants to work out more often
Ideals: Athletic, Entrepeneur. Flaws: Ugly, Mundane, Antagonistic. Occupation: Merchant
Voice: Sensual and smooth

Miles Wesley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This exceptionally lanky man typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was born in the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and wants to raise his children well
Ideals: Entrepeneur. Flaws: Insane. Bonds: Immigrant, Guardian, Family. Occupation: Map Maker
Voice: Uses lots of figures of speech
