She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Jacoba took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor she uses now. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Seamstress, and she later adopted a second son.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elysande fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Mary hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Barkeep and occasionally as a mercenary.
