History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
