She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Sarah was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.
