History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Banker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Adelaide managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
