History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Norman was born with his mother's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Layabout. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gifted student she started as a Laborer, but she got bored and became a Layabout. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
