Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with his god.
