History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tattered old clothes. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Gardener but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a white coat with grey slacks. Her red hair is still thick. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Geva was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult.
