Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jane does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. Williamina was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Guard. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Anne learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Navigator. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greataxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His hair is red and very short. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
