Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
