Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ella studied abroad. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears dull pastel sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed longbow, just in case. Her white hair is matted, messy, and big. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ermina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cartwright who has hired him part-time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Heward was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heward's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
