History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Lewis was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Avelina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Miller, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. A true patriot, Ida would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
