History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Jocelyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jocelyn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Anthony's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a lance on her belt. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
