Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Susannah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Susannah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
