History: Maynild was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Bernard has worked very hard to control his curse. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
