Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
