History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Maynild was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Maynild was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Agatha liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a glaive and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
