History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Galiena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Beatrice lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Description: This dark-skinned female prefers to wear black clothing when she does not wear armor. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length white hair. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she desires power and/or immortality
