His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He got into the Glassblower business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Locksmith job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She got into the Butcher business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but she was a colossal failure. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and balancing her hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult
