The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Anthony took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Matilda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
