History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Matilda grew up listening to her father's many stories. Matilda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
