History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She got into the Merchant business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Galiena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Galiena. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Adventurer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Melissa hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion
