History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heather grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heather. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is a Miner first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Joan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Joan took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Alex lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
