Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Layabout. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Vicky was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has taken up work as a Layabout and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
