History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
