She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Gifted from a young age, Egelina studied abroad. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Katherine was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
