She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Jacoba was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jacoba alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
